Flea Policy
If fleas are discovered during your pet’s appointment, you will be notified right away. For the safety of your pet, grooming equipment, and future clients, the appointment cannot continue and will need to be rescheduled once the infestation has been fully resolved.
Please keep in mind that grooming services are not a substitute for flea prevention or treatment. We recommend addressing any active flea concerns before scheduling your pet’s grooming appointment.

I bring the professional grooming tools and supplies needed for your pup’s appointment. I just ask that you provide a safe, comfortable space to groom with access to water and electricity.
Do you use cage dryers?
Never! I do not use cage dryers. Your pup is dried by hand as part of their one on one grooming experience, keeping their comfort and safety at the center of every appointment.
What happens if my dog has fleas?
If fleas are discovered during your pet’s appointment, grooming cannot continue and the appointment will need to be rescheduled once the infestation has been fully resolved. This helps protect your pet, my grooming equipment, and future clients.
What if my dog is matted?
Your pup’s comfort always comes before preserving coat length. Minor matting may be safely worked through when possible, but severe matting or mats that are tight against the skin may require a shorter haircut. I will always choose the safest and most comfortable option for your dog.
Do you groom nervous or anxious dogs?
Absolutely! One of the benefits of house call grooming is a quieter, more familiar environment without the noise and activity of a busy salon. I work one on one with each pup and adjust the grooming experience based on their individual comfort level and behavior.
